Rhodsac Care Home is situated at 24 Worelle Avenue-Inc postcode MK106GZ, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire within two miles distance of Milton Keynes central with a parade of shops, banks, building societies and restaurants.We are within easy reach of Willen Lake where they do different water sports and leisure center. Kimwick Care Home is situated at 7 colossus way Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes, MK3 6GU

There is ample opportunity to participate in different sports and activities such as Ice skating, Ice hockey, rowing and bowling at the Xscape Milton Keynes and golf in the nearby park.

We are near educational institutions such as MK College offering vocational and academic studies. Also, nearby is Open and Cranfield University which offers professional education.

Our care home are a mere 10 minutes away from MK mainline railway station and Bletchley station. We are 5 minutes from junction 13 and 14 of the M1 connecting the North and South.

Things to do

Spend a lovely day at Abbots View farm where you will learn all about the Alpacas, feed them and take them for a walk around the field. Also see the rare breed pigs.

Visit the Aylesbury Waterside Theatre, all accessible and very user friendly.

The Boer War Monument in Coombe Hill

The Hill is part of the Chilterns and the Boer War Monument erected in 1904 honours the soldiers from Buckinghamshire who served during the campaign and lost their lives fighting for their country. See the Orchard view farm for a relaxed walk, or visit the farm shop which sells meat and has a lovely tea room.

There is also the Buckinghamshire County museum. There is a gallery devoted to Roald Dahl with lots of fun exhibits that are

informative and interactive. There is a fantastic lift and even I crawled through the tunnel inspired by The Fantastic Mr Fox. There is also a shadow exhibit that is ridiculously good fun and a twit bit where everything is stuck on the ceiling. Also places like the Queens Park Art Centre, located near Aylesbury high school, offering all sort of arts and crafts.

Educational Facilities

There are several higher education centre in Milton Keynes offering academic and vocational training. At Rhodsac Community Living we encourage our clients to learn vocational skills and they can enroll at Milton Keynes College.

Our clients can also enroll at other higher education centres such as Cranfield university and the Open University.
